1. Tutors must ensure that the information they give in the Registration Form does not contravene any legislation governing the advertising of goods and services.
2. While every effort will be made to ensure that registrations appear correctly on our site, Prairie Tutor Network will not be held responsible for errors or delays in publication.
3. Prairie Tutor Network reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its discretion. In such case, no refund will be given.
4. You may cancel your registration at any time. Your registration fee, however, will not be returned.
5. You may change all or part of your registration details at any time by sending us an email.
6. It is the responsibility of the tutor to check the identity of the student before entering into any contract.
7. It is the responsibility of the student or parent/guardian to check the background, identity and qualifications of the tutor before entering into a contract.
8. At no time can Prairie Tutor Network be responsible for incorrect or misleading information between tutor and student.
